Aline Farhat Santos taking over the role of SVP global marketing

Aline Farhat Santos, a Unilever veteran of 25 years, most recently spent four years as the FMCG giant’s global SVP for the laundry category, overseeing brands such as Persil, OMO and Surf.

A Unilever spokesperson: “Aline Farhat Santos is one of Unilever’s most talented marketers and, through her 25 years at the company, has played a key role in the development of some of our leading brands.

“She was part of the Dove global brand team in 2002 when the Dove ‘Beauty Theory’ was created, and more recently she has been the architect of the Dirt is Good brand for Persil , OMO and Surf.”
